hot!

so again today was freaking hot.
i'm totally burnt.
i thought nth can be hotter den yest.
but today just proves me wrong.
i was feeling so dehydrated oni by the first hr.
bleahs.

i just haf a love-hate relationship wif the sun.
the sun loves me.
i hate the sun.

i love my teammates though.
they are very nice ppl.
since yest, they were very concerned of my well-being.
candice lent her cap to me.
cos i didnt bring mine.
today they helped pour the cold sea water on me.
cos the sun was too hot.
the heat was too much to bear.
ugh.

saw ah pau after trg.
she injured the right triceps during her weights trg.
scary!
she told me tis: u seem to put on a little weight.
i almost died from hearing dat.
den she said dat its oni my upper body dat seems bigger.
the arms n shoulders, u get it.
but the rest looks ok.
looks like i've cut down since the last time.
so she told i just haf to run and run and run.
no escaping from dat.

but reali.
today's heat is too much for me.
i can still feel the heat right nw.
i wish i live in an eskimo or smth.
argh.

but i'm reali glad i survived the day.
fasting throughout.
though was tempted by things.
like candice offering me hTwoO.
the team given free redbull.
sigh.

oh the heat's making me spaced out more often.
nt to mention, sleepy.
i hate spacing out.
cos it makes me do stupid things.
or just KO.
