i tink my stamina dropped tremendously.
i did da same circuit last week
and yest, i was panting!

i so need to lose weight.
n up my stamina.
i wan to lose 17kg!
just like suhaimi yusof.
i'm inspired by him.
i just need to exercise more.
and eat rite.
but i always seem to be eating da wrong food.
