whatever curls u can tink of.

medicine ball.
last one was pool trg.
since omar (da coach) was there yest,
pool trg increased.
we did 5 sets of 2-mins rowing.
7 sets of 90secs rowing.
30 pushups.
30 crunches.
again.
so yes.
i'm beat.
